At CinemaCon in Las Vegas Monday night, Sony Pictures trotted out its slate of upcoming movies–and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse got the star treatment with 14-minute presentation of footage from the film. And it was awesome, according to GameSpot Senior Editor Chris Hayner.

Before presenting the lengthy clips, the CinemaCon crowd was greeted by Spider-Verse co-director Kemp Powers, along with stars Shameik Moore (Miles Morales/Spider-Man), Hailee Steinfeld (Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen) and Issa Rae (Jessica Drew/Spider-Man). Moore said that it’s been more than a year since the events of the first movie, and that “Miles is still trying to find out how to be a superhero.”

AMD brings Threadripper back to the desktop with a new non-Pro range of monster chips… that I’m going to now call Wallet-ripper-

It’s long been expected that AMD would announce a Zen 4-based, Ryzen 7000-series Threadripper Pro family. That announcement date is today. But while Threadripper Pro was expected, less expected was the announcement of the return of non-Pro Threadripper for desktops after killing it in the last generation. AMD has done just that, saying “We hear you, you’re right, we brought it back.”

It has now announced three new CPUs and accompanying TRX50 chipset motherboards. So, the high end desktop is back, with a super high price of entry, though you’ll have to wait a few weeks as availability is scheduled for November 21.

AMD announced three of these non-Pro HEDT chips. They are the $4,999 64-core 7980X, the $2,499 32-core 7970X, and the $1,499 24-core 7960X. AMD will launch si…

After a complete rebranding, legally-distinct Bloodborne parody Nightmare Kart is finally released to the general public—and the PS1 vibes are immaculate-

Nightmare Kart, the game formerly known as Bloodborne Kart, has had quite the roundabout journey to get here. Announced back in March 2022, the fan project—a Bloodborne-themed kart racer which feels like it started as a bit that was yes-anded into a real thing—was meant to be released January 31 of this year.

Alas, Sony eventually stepped in just as the game was about to cross the finish line, and developer Lilith Walther was forced to completely rebrand the entire game. This has turned out to be a blessing and a curse—a curse, because it made the release date drift by a couple of months. A blessing, because in Walther’s own words: “This is a fan game no more!” Now it’s here, as announced by Walther on Twitter.

You can’t play Nightmare Kart on S…
